As the largest and oldest of the SVC companies, Price & Ramey has always been a pillar of expertise, class, and strength. It is where our best ideas go to play, including the idea of SVC itself. Price & Ramey bred the founding of Mountain Empire Agency Alliance, and further down the line, Code & Color as well. With B2B and B2C sales, customer service, multiple locations, local community presence, and larger brand scope, Price & Ramey has a little bit of everything. It is, in many ways, our core, and we love to watch it grow.

With Price & Ramey, and the insurance industry at large, pushing forward into the fast-paced, technology-forward world of the twenty-first century is always a challenge. We worked with the team to question where we are heading, and how we pioneer the new age of independent insurance?
The Solution
Adding technology partners to daily operations has been key for this company. Our team has integrated new software solutions into the sales and customer service workflow, developed a new website and mobile app for customers, and entered the digital marketing game to communicate with potential clients where we all are living – online.
The second focus here was the Price & Ramey brand. Giving the organization a fresh, modern look makes the sales team look more competent and the brand feel more unified all around.
Finally, we are focusing on staffing issues. Insurance is an aging industry, so finding ways to attract, train, and retain younger staff is paramount. Developing new recruitment pipelines, as well as custom training courses puts this brand ahead of the curve for decades to come.
